1. Across from: Do outro lado da rua
Ex: The ATM is on Iguaçu Road across from the restaurant.

2. A corner of the: Na esquina
Ex: The Top Shopping is on Lafaiet Road a corner of the Pimentel Ataide Street.

3. Between/ beside: Entre , ao lado
Ex: The bakery is on Eugênio Cam street between the town pub the post office.

4 .Next to: Próximo á
Ex: The supermaket is on Gilda street next to the airport.

5. Go straigt( up): Siga a reta , vá adiante (Quando sobe uma ladeira)
Ex: How can I get to the post office?
Go straigt up on Green Avenue,turn rigth on Ocean dive ,is next to the drugstore.

6. Go straight down: Siga a reta ( Quando desce uma ladeira)
Ex:Go straight down, turn left on Bay Road is opposite the gocery.

7. Turn left: Vire a esquerda
Ex:Turn left on Ingrid Pam

8. Turn right: Vire a direita
Ex: Turn right on second strret.

9. Block: Quadra ,quarteirão.
